We specialise in automotive, residential, and commercial glass tinting. Our priorities in selecting tints are cooling, safety, and security. LLumar, the world’s leading brand in architectural window film, is our chosen partner. We are the only authorised LLumar dealer in Johor Bahru (JB), Johor, Malaysia. With 15 years of experience in the tinted glass industry, we are grateful for the overwhelming support from our customers. 2000
The Beginning of a Passion
Raymond's journey into the car beauty industry began in 2000 when he apprenticed under a seasoned master. Over the next twelve years, he meticulously honed his skills in car detailing,
absorbing the wisdom and expertise of his mentor, and laying the foundation for his future success.
2012
Opening the First Car Beauty Centre
A major turning point in Raymond's life came in 2012 when he officially opened his first car beauty centre. Along with this achievement, he secured the agency rights for LLumar, a leading American thermal insulation film brand, in Johor Bahru.
2013
Expansion and Partnership
In 2013, Raymond's path crossed with Keong, an old acquaintance. After an all-night conversation, they discovered a shared vision for the industry and decided to become partners, leading to the opening of their second branch.
2015
Expanding Horizons in Japan
In 2015, Raymond and his team travelled to Japan for an evaluation, successfully obtaining the Johor Bahru authorised rights for ULGO, the leading Japanese coating brand at the time. This marked a significant expansion of their product offerings.
2018
Mastery and Growth
The year 2018 was transformative for FIPAI. The company acquired land for a factory in Mount Austin and opened a third branch in the heart of Johor Bahru, securing 3M authorities. That same year, Raymond achieved a major milestone by graduating from the Japan Automotive Beauty Technical College with a Master Diploma in Advanced Professional Leather Restoration, becoming one of the few in Malaysia with such specialised knowledge in automotive beauty.
2021
Continued Growth
In 2021, FIPAI continued its journey of expansion by simultaneously opening its fourth and fifth branches in Kulai, Johor Bahru, and Kota Tinggi. This marked a significant milestone in the company’s growth. Additionally, they obtained authorisation from XPEL and extended their presence in the Mount Austin branch.
2023
A New Milestone
In 2023, FIPAI achieved another significant milestone by acquiring land for a second factory in Sri Yaacob, solidifying its commitment to growth and excellence in the automotive beautification industry.
